Wedding rings in Mokume Gane technique
Those wedding rings are created with the Mokume Gane technique: this is a Japanese metalworking procedure which produces a mixed-metal laminate with distinctive layered patterns, as well as that laminate itself. Mokume gane translates closely to "wood grain metal" or "wood eye metal" and describes the way metal takes on the appearance of natural wood grain.
Interlacing of structures and shapes is thoughtfully shaped from idea to the finished item.
In the gallery, you can see variations of this design; the same technique and various different materials and styles.
This design is possible to create in any colour of the gold or with the stone by your choice.
